Announcement from the President
Hello,
As we bid farewell to 2025, I want to express my sincere thanks to all the members, presenters, entire board and our sponsors for another successful year.
With the dawn of 2026, we embark on an exciting new journey. Our first event is scheduled for January 22nd, 2026, and we are thrilled about this event. Extensive planning is underway, with the full support of our sponsors, Vaske Computers and Oracle. Agenda will be hosted soon on the TCOUG's website.
Vaske Computers has graciously offered 20 complimentary memberships to non-members who are interested in joining our user group. Annual Membership will be granted on the day of the event at the venue. We still have some complimentary memberships for the students to be filled, if they are interested in joining.

This in-person event will be held at DOUBLETREE Hotel by Hilton in Saint Paul. Details will be shared soon. The event will take place on Thursday January 22nd, 2026, from 8:30AM to 4:00PM (Meals will be provided). The theme of the event is "Best of Oracle AI World" and all presentations will revolve around this theme. We anticipate the presence of a core team from Oracle, who will be flying into the Twin Cities to present on various AI topics.
The TCOUG Winter event also serves as a reminder of our annual elections. We are currently accepting nominations for the following four positions: President, Secretary, Special Projects Director, and Communications Director.
